Sim classes

Our classes add on to our personal training sessions. SIM classes are focused on building a strong base to prevent injury, move pain free and create overall endurance and strength. 

Everyone uses pushing, pulling, hinging and squatting patterns in their daily activities. It is important to condition and strengthen yourself in these patterns in order to maintain or built strength in motion. 

S.E.W.

  • Low in Skill
  • Limited Eccentric exercises
  • Low in Weight / load

Excersizes will be modified to your individual level. We work with bodyweight and small aquipment.

Sim Conditioning

This is a full body circuit training, intesity garenteed! Building enduarance helps you to prolong daily activities, get you stronger and make you feel more energized troughout the day.

Sim Core

Sim core is a core stability circuit training. We will mostly focus on the deeper stabilizing muscles, which play an important role in maintaining pain free, prevent injuries and improve posture.

Sim Stretch

Maximize your range of motion to prevent injuries, improve your posture and relieve stress.
